Our primary activity is supplying and supporting Business ICT solutions, e.g. NBN plans, PBX systems, VoIP/SIP carriage, Mobile Phones/Plans (using Telstra network), Satellite Phones (voice/data/rentals), and associated IT&T Networking. Our future will encompass the expansion of our business IT&T networked solutions and IOT.
TeleBiz doubled our staff in 2017 and we are continuing to recruit additional staff keen to pursue a career in ICT, whether that be in management, admin, sales or technical support.
On this occasion we wish to recruit a budding IT&T Technician whom we can train to install, configure and maintain business PBX phone systems, and associated IT networked solutions.
Applicants will only be considered if they possess the following “essential” credentials:
- Clean open drivers licence endorsed to drive a manual Tech Van.
- Good hand to eye co-ordination (use of hand tools for installing on-site system racks etc).
- Demonstrated interest and passion in IT computing and IT networking.
- Minimum two-year’s work experience building and maintaining computers/networking
- Equivalent knowledge to completing a Diploma in IT Networks and that of a CCNA.
- Excellent literacy skills, as the role entails emailing clients and writing technical reports.
- Demonstrate a responsible attitude towards the provision of excellent customer service.
- Clean tidy appearance, as the role includes working within occupied customer premises.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to undergo a Cert 3 in Telco and/or Cert 3/4 in Voice/Data Networking (if not already done so) and receive ongoing brand specific training from TeleBiz and our suppliers. Future management training opportunities also.
TeleBiz Technicians are highly regarded within the market place and we walk the talk, e.g. We are highly focused on always providing excellent customer service and we have never been the recipient of a formal complaint (demand) from a customer or the TIO or such like, spanning 30 years! Plus, our customer churn in/churn out ratio is 98:2, which again demonstrates TelleBiz’s successful performance and excellent reputation.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. Remuneration by way of weekly wage (above award when adequately trained), rostered (paid) day off per month, other entitlements and incentive bonuses. Role includes a suitably equipped company vehicle.
