Our client a well-known wealth management firm, currently require change managers to join a complex business transformation program.

This program has multiple streams and will require a dedicated Change Manager for each of the streams. Due to a lack of investment in technology over many years, this program will look to mitigate the risk associated with the current technology, stabilising some areas and using the latest in technology and innovation to automate processes.  This will create a new operating model and there will be a huge shift in role and responsibility for each team and a large amount of organisation and technology change to be embedded into the organisation.

This is a very hands on role which will involve taking your stakeholders on the change journey and providing clear and concise communication to a range of audiences. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong career history in Change Management, managing change for large and complex business and IT transformations
• Wealth Management experience
• Proven track record leading business-wide change programs, with focus on managing change impact on people 
• Strong relationship building and communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
• Ability to develop change impact assessments 
• Ability to design and deliver Change and Communications strategies while managing conflicts
• Prosci or a similar Change Management Certificate is desirable
