Key duties:

• Oversee implementation of Windows 10 and Office 365 operating systems across government department.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Customers, Vendors and Third Parties
• Management of new and innovative projects that are complex
• Support a common set of practices, principles and templates
• Collaborate with project delivery teams to drive through key actions required to ensure successful integration and delivery of operating systems.
• Monitor and control project risks and issues assisting in resolution and escalation as required

Desirable Skills:

• Proven expertise in delivering complex infrastructure and application projects
• Recognized Project Management Qualification
• Ability to manage complex infrastructure related projects to time/quality/cost/scope
• Work as an effective team member and support staff to achieve quality outcomes;
• Possess Knowledge and expertise in:

  o Project Management methodologies including Prince2 and Agile

  o Familiarity with PM tools such as the MS Project, Atlassian Suite etc.

  o Development methodologies

  o Security requirements

  o Project Management tools and associated reporting requirements

  o Strong project management capabilities
