PharmaCare Laboratories Pty Ltd is a dynamic Australian privately-owned company located in Warriewood on the Northern Beaches. It operates and sells an impressive range of well-known and respected brands through the pharmacy and grocery channels within Australia and internationally.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for IT and a drive for customer service, to join a small passionate IT team. The individual will be responsible for the support desk ticketing system used by the IT team and providing a high level of customer support to our internal customer base. The role covers a wide range of IT task from installing a printer to rolling out new systems to the business.
The core responsibilities include –
- Level 1 technical support to local and international staff
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Performing user account administration
- Logging all incidents in the support desk ticketing system and managing the asset register
- Deploying and decommissioning equipment to end users, such as laptops, tablets and phones
- Monitoring servers and backup schedules
- Active Directory, DNS and DHCP monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support Cisco PBX solution
- Support of Cisco network equipment
- Maintaining and improving current SOE builds
- Working on projects such as system upgrades and new solutions
- Providing feedback and continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures
- Developing and delivering end user training and documentation
- Assisting in documenting all IT procedures
Minimum Requirements
- TAFE Qualification in Information Technology or a relevant field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous support experience within medium to large IT environments (50+ users)
- High level of knowledge on the Microsoft applications, focusing on Office 365
- Strong troubleshooting / diagnostic ability of hardware and software faults
- Great communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to think laterally, possess strong problem solving, planning and prioritization skills
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Enjoy working as part of a team
Desirable
- Industry qualifications – MCSE, MCP
