Our newly created opportunity is ideal for a talented and multi skilled Bid Manager to showcase their proven experience with bid and tender responses, document and data wrangling as well as managing deadlines and time sensitive deliverables.
This is a unique position that will see you working across Canberra and Melbourne opportunities in conjunction with our existing Bid Management team based in Perth.
As the successful Bid Manager you’ll take ownership of this new role, working with the state manager and sales teams to assist in identifying and qualifying opportunities through to ensuring delivery of quality winning responses. Your attention to detail will be second to none, allowing you to thrive in all aspects of the role.
We’d love to see your experience with the following:
- Managing the bid response process throughout all lifecycle stages
- Creation, execution and improvement of appropriate governance processes to ensure that your efforts are focused on high percentage opportunities
- Proven opportunity responses including management of the response, writing, design and submission
- Management and execution of effective communication strategies
- Solid execution of content creation and management of content collateral
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience, with the demonstrated ability to manage across all levels within a business
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to proactively manage access, resources and time to identify and respond to opportunities through multiple industry channels, constructing a well thought out approach
