Highly reputable and multi-award winning software development house, well respected in the mobile applications development community, is seeking a Senior/Lead Mobile (Android OR iOS) Developer to lead a team of Developers on an extremely high-profile program of work.

As the Senior/Lead Developer, you be working with key stakeholders to consult, architect, and guide the project coupled with leading a small team of Developers. Your priorities will be to manage client expectations and coordinate the delivery of high quality code that meets project requirements.  Interfacing with key members of the project team, delegating tasks, and problem solving complex technical issues are all in a day's work in this role.

This role will primarily see you be responsible for:

• Providing oversight in high-level estimation, scoping, planning and overseeing the technical development stages of the project. 
• Overseeing the technical direction for a team of Android/iOS Developers
• Define and implement processes to increase development efficiency;
• Keeping the development teams informed and motivated;
• Delegating areas of responsibility to Technical Leads;
• Keeping abreast of technical project changes and being a hub and router of information;
• Attending regular meet up groups
• Meet regularly with the Project's Technical Leads to discuss project code health, risks and other issues;
• Facilitate high-level architectural design workshops with Tech Leads and Mobile Architects;
