They have a current requirement for an experienced Case Management Analyst on a 6 months contract in the Lower North Shore area, responsible for supporting the medical alarm, fire and lift cases through daily operational activities, the incident and escalation management work stream, delivering high quality operational reporting, Support with project deliverables during migration to new systems and Support with User Acceptance Testing (UAT and PVT)

To be successful in securing this exciting post you will need to possess relevant industry experiences working in Operational teams in a fast-paced environment:

  • A track record in process operations in a Case Management, Contact Centre or Billing environment.
  • Understanding of work flows, incident and case escalations
  • Well-developed business and stakeholder management (or similar) skills

Ideally, you will be both a people person, a ‘can do’ attitude, who is detail attentive and can work autonomously

  • Be tertiary qualified in Commerce, Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline preferred
  • Have an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid experience in data analysis
