Your new role
As TelstraSuper embarks on the next phase of our strategic plan with digital and IT strategies at its core; we have looked at how we best deliver the technology modernization and digital roadmaps and cloud transformation in support of our objectives. To ensure we have the IT capabilities required to deliver our technology based solutions we have a new role which will see you working as part of the ring fenced agile delivery team to provide technical business analysis and quality assurance expertise in all aspects of Acurity development to deliver the highest business value in the quickest time with minimal business risk.
What are we looking for?
You are a solid Technical Business Analyst stronger in the systems/technical side and who has demonstrated experience in leading requirement gathering and validation workshops using Agile technics, creating epics, user stories and acceptance criteria’s, ensuring quality deliverables, hands-on experience creating and executing test strategy, experience following TDD and BDD practices resulting in high quality applications being delivered. You are a skilled communicator with good problem-solving attitude and your pride yourself on your ability to self-manage and you have exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Ideally, you will have;
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated 2+ years of experience with Acurity
- Demonstrated ability to read/write basic Acurity Architect scripts and advanced MS Excel skills (including macro functions, Power Query and Power Pivot);
- Experience with MS SQL, T-SQL programming
- Experience with automated testing strategies and test tools
- Tertiary qualifications within Financial Services or Superannuation is desirable
- ASIC’s Regulatory Guideline 146 (RG 146) will be well received
- Strong self-manage, self-organise, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong customer focus service ethic and interpersonal skills
- Strong agile mindset, always look for opportunities to learn and improve
