Roles and Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Handle both Walk up, phone in requests
  • Assigning tickets to correct technician for action
  • PC building
  • Assisting with Dispatching / deploying equipment
  • Admin duties – Purchase order entry, receipting delivery and processing invoices.
