Roles and Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Handle both Walk up, phone in requests
- Assigning tickets to correct technician for action
- PC building
- Assisting with Dispatching / deploying equipment
- Admin duties – Purchase order entry, receipting delivery and processing invoices.
