About the role
The Professional Services Specialist is responsible for designing, developing and implementing WalkMe's solutions on a wide range of our Enterprise customers' applications and web-sites. This role will require you to work across the organization, post-sale, in order to ensure that our software is implemented sufficiently and that the solution meets the customer's requirements and goals.
The ideal candidate will be as passionate about WalkMe solutions as they are about providing an exceptional experience for every customer.

Skills and experience
- An undergraduate degree is preferred
- HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience is an advantage
- 1-3 years of implementation or professional services experience at a SaaS company
- Ability to facilitate leadership discussions and build consensus around a strategic direction.
- Must have a proven ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate successfully under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player / collaborative working style
