About the Role
An exciting opportunity is now available to join our Solutions team as a Project Manager in Box Hill.
As the Project Manager, you are required to plan, lead and control the implementation of credit decisioning systems. Primary responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, work plan development, project management process development/enhancements, testing, and training, roll out and project management.
Key accountabilities of this role include:
- Planning, directing, and coordinating the development, implementation, deployment, and operation of projects to achieve specified objectives.
- Leading project planning sessions
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Designing and signing off on contracts
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements as applicable
- Working with customers to fully understand their needs and requirements to tailor appropriate solutions.
- Ability to educate customers so they are aware of the full range of services, products and solutions available. Anticipating the needs of customers and maintaining communication to ensure mutual expectations.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of both Project and Software Development Life cycle
- Qualification in related field
- At least 3 years IT Project Management experience
- Ability to work and deliver against tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
