About the business and the role
Sentaris is a security consultancy specialising in Penetration Testing, Incident Response and Investigations.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a successful consultancy and grow your career while helping grow the company.
You will be responsible for the management and execution of Penetration Tests for Sentaris' customers as well as providing specialist advice.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Providing security consultancy and advice to customers;
- Managing, executing and reporting Penetration Tests;
- Assisting with the delivery of Managed Services;
- Performing investigations;
Skills and experience
Required Skills:
- Highly motivated self starter;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Highly collaborative;
- Coding experience;
- Excellent knowledge of network protocols and technologies;
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, *nix and Mac OSX;
- Web Application Penetration Testing;
- Vulnerability Management experience;
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of organisational risk management;
- Mobile Application Penetration Testing;
- Reverse Engineering;
- Social Engineering;
- Red Teaming;
- Vulnerability Research;
Experience:
- Experience performing Penetration Tests both individually as well as in a team;
- Proven ability to script and code;
- Proven experience performing web based Penetration Tests;
- Proven experience performing infrastructure Penetration Tests;
- Proven experience running Vulnerability Management tools;
