I have been engaged to provide a proven Iteration Manager for an Industry Leading organisation based in Chatswood.
The Iteration Manager will be responsible for defining and managing Digital & Ecommerce COE applications and systems in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team. A strong focus of the role is to actively measure the performance of Digital & Ecommerce COE applications against business goals and objectives, and drive innovation through ongoing research into emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop and measure KPIs for application performance against business objectives and goals
- Manage both on premise and hosted third party suppliers to ensure KPIs are met
- Lead and deliver IT initiatives which promote the adoption of new technology to enhance the performance of the business and eCommerce platforms
- Responsible for solving complex problems
- Actively drive innovation and change within the Digital & Ecommerce COE through monitoring emerging technologies
- Develop product roadmaps to ensure the appropriate technology is in place
- Be a change agent promoting an online digital culture across the organisation
- Developing the strategy to exploit digital and ecommerce traffic data and modern analytics to drive improvements in business performance
- Promote education around the value of online and ecommerce tools
- Work through business unit leaders and IT Leadership team to pilot, deploy and enhance modern online and eCommerce customer facing tools
- Contributes to define the strategy for Online and Digital in line with the Business Strategy
Key skills and experience:
- Experience in delivering in an agile environment as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master capacity
- Strong technical knowledge (including data, voice, messaging, etc)
- Demonstrated successful experience in a digital and eCommerce technical product management role
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills at a senior executive level
- Experience in running workshops with cross functional teams
- Logistics and Supply Chain knowledge and expertise desirable
