Working with one of our leading retail clients, we are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst. You will be joining a tight-knit team to help assist with the management of their online ordering platform. There will be leadership aspects to the role and an opportunity to grow within the business.
This is a permanent role, located 10 minutes to the North of the Brisbane CBD, with a global company. You will be exposed to modern technology and a dynamic work environment. This isnt a 'clock-in, clock out role. You will be expected to take full ownership of your role and be proactive in your approach.

Key Competencies
- Strong knowledge of web services and platforms
- Rotating roster (Monday to Friday) with some on-call requirements
- Have a passion for technology & digital innovation
- Possess a high sense of urgency and accountability for making things happen quickly
- Leadership qualities (writing of rosters, interim team leading duties)
- Be a strong communicator where you can build relationships and influence at all levels
Technical skills needed
- SQL
- Azure
- Web Services - using SOAP, REST, WSDL
- Web Servers Apache & IIS
- Monitoring of platforms (New Relic)
- Network/Internet protocols
- PowerShell/JavaScript/Perl/Shell Scripting
- Devops (desirable)
- Octopus/VSTS (desirable)
- NoSQL (Mongo, Document DB) (desirable)
