Caydon Property Group, one of Melbourne’s leading property developers, are looking for a Workplace Technology Manager with experience working across a variety of technology projects. As a passionate people leader, you will be responsible for selecting and mentoring a team to deliver on our technology strategy with a focus on business partnership and a consultancy-based model. Working collaboratively with the Technology Director and other tech leaders, you will align business services to increase reliability, drive efficiencies and deliver on business priorities.

What we require from you
This role will oversee the Support Service to enable our employees to be effective and efficient with reliable technology hardware and software. They will be responsible for hardware selection, procurement and maintenance. They will ensure all issues are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption. A customer centric service approach is paramount as you and your team will provide support to both internal and external technology stakeholders.
To be successful you will demonstrate extensive experience in technology support and dealing with escalated issues. You will have experience in business as usual technology solutions including VC/AV as well as experience in delivering project-based support to enhance adoption and train non-tech employees and mentor junior support employees.
