The Job:
As a Senior Consultant you work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and key objectives to design and consult on solutions within Dynamics NAV. You’ll take ownership for the implementation, configuration and delivery of projects as well as prepare for and conduct Dynamics solutions demos and pre sales presentations. You will also:
- Compose detailed design specifications and data models where required for large scale projects
- Contribute to the design and implementation of development best practices
- Advise and consult on detailed technical integration approaches
- Work with the project team and our clients to ensure successful delivery
- Provide client support and relationship management as required
The Experience:
You will have demonstrated several years’ consulting experience with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and best practices gained through delivering top-end solutions. Having previously worked in partner environment, you will enjoy the vibe and rush of working across multiple projects with different clients. You will also have:
- Experience in estimating NAV services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories and development specifications
- Ability to leverage industry best practice experience to achieve the most effective business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to analyse issues, identify root causes and suggestion solutions considering any downstream impacts
- Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise project schedules and multiple project activities
- Clear and concise oral and written communication
- Understand both waterfall and agile implementation approaches
- Hold Dynamics NAV Certifications
