About the role
Mater Digital Technology and Information currently has an exciting opportunity for a professional Systems Specialist - Networks to join the team. This role will be offered in a permanent full time capacity and based at our South Brisbane campus.
Salary range: $84,424-$91,861 (MCA5) plus superannuation
What you’ll be doing
The Systems Specialist - Networks contributes as part of a team responsible for providing advice and support of voice & data systems used across Mater Group. You will provide support for the voice & data systems of the Mater Health Services, including design, installation, configuration, support and maintenance. You will engage with Mater business teams, as well as vendors and third parties to maintain effective working relationships.
This role will also assist in mentoring and supervising team members and you will provide assistance to other business area solutions as part of a multi skilled team providing advanced technical service and support to clients of the Mater Health Services Digital Technology & Information Division. This role also has an out of hours on-call requirement.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the configuration and support of Cisco networking devices in a complex technical environment. Applicants holding CCNA qualification and wireless certified experience will be highly regarded.
