Working within a pro-active and committed help desk team, your role will be to support the needs of end-users in what is a growing and fast paced business as well as add value through identifying the root causes of helpdesk queries in order to pro-actively reduce overall volume and recurring issues. 
  
Once you have proven yourself in your role on the Helpdesk you will be given the opportunity to assist on a number of strategic projects, meaning the position will appeal to somebody who is committed to developing their career and extending their skill set.
  
Specific duties will include:
  • Managing the IT Helpdesk queue and responding to hardware and application related queries in a timely and positive fashion;
  • Managing user accounts and creating / disabling accounts as required;
  • Allocating telephones and mobile devices to users and managing and resolving connectivity issues;
  • Maintaining other hardware (printers, scanners etc).
The preferred candidate profile for this role will be somebody with previous experience of a helpdesk role gained within another law or professional services business. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to provide a high level of customer service in  fast paced environment, and the role will require you to have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a demanding internal client base.
