They are well regarded as a true Australian start-up success story and are experiencing substantial, but managed growth. A new role of Implementation Manager has been created in their operations team to further enhance their capability.
  
The Opportunity
The Implementation Manager is responsible for the onboarding process for new clients and as such is one of the most critical roles in the company. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact during the implementation phase and is responsible for making the right “first impression” which will lay the foundation for the long-term relationship.
  
The scope of the role includes all aspects of the solution and may involve tailoring the process to suit individual customer needs.
  
Key tasks include:

• - Facilitate project planning workshops
• - Create the Project Implementation Plan
• - Manage the Implementation process: system set-up; customisation; integration; documentation
• - Stakeholder management, including both internal resources and external vendors
• - Risk identification and mitigation
• - Project Management and delivery

  
The Requirement
To be eligible for this role, you must have previous experience in Project Implementation of software platforms, with a preference for B2B/B2C SAAS experience (although this is not essential). Stakeholder management and influence, a sound understanding of software and a customer-focused mentality are all key requirements. Experience with retail, eCommerce and/or logistics would be well regarded.
  
Most critically is your ability to build sound working relationship both with external clients and internal teams an as such, excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  
Tertiary qualifications in logistics, business or other relevant disciples would be highly regarded as would qualifications in Project Management (Agile).
