About the Company

Work for a leading ASX Financial Insurance business based in North Sydney.

Duties

Identify and collaborate with business stakeholders to determine deliverables, expectations and potential risks and changes;
Document business processes for best practice;
Assess and evaluate vendor solution initiatives; and
Utilise current systems and technology to define actions and specifications on the application.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Business Analyst capacity ideally within a Consumer Finance institution;
Experience in working in an agile environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner effectively with various stakeholders and personalities;
Experience in developing new application projects;
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines through strong organisation and time management skills; and
Pega experience is highly desirable.
