Talenza have been engaged to source a Senior Program Manager/ Director to design, build & deploy a new corporate system for a large scale process plant (Oil Refinery). This is working for a well established oil refinery based in Melbourne.

This program is part of a group wide investment of circa $250m over the next 3 years to transform its business and prepare for the increase in demand that is coming over the next 10 years.

The Senior Program Manager/ Director will work closely with the executive teams across the Business to build out the business case and program, followed by engaging with a preferred partners and then into the build & deliver phase.

It is critical the successful individual has a strong proven delivery & Build experience in the Manufacturing/ Processing industry and have led the design, build and deployment of a new system across the manufacturing/ processing facilities.


In this role, you will leverage your strong project & program management skills to deliver a real business value system to enhance productivity, production efficientcy and implement further Ai/ automation technologies.. Given the size of the program and spend the individual will also be expected to have exceptional risk & financial management skills & abilities.


What we'd like you to know how to do already

• End to End Delivery experience
• Proven Program Management experience
• Essential to have end to end systems build programs within the following industries (Automotive, Mining or Oil & Gas industries as examples)
• Strong change & risk management skills
• Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder experience
• strong financial & budgeting skills & experience (Programs $50m+)
