This Government Department is seeking a Change/Process Analyst to join their IT Transformation Program. 
Ideally you will have a background in process change or improvement within a call centre environment

The Change/Process Analyst roles are critical for ensuring the Program’s response to change is appropriate, purposeful and meets end-user needs. Your detailed impact analysis, solution ideation and implementation assurance, will minimise resistance to change and drive end-user adoption of new standardised processes, system utilisation and user proficiency.
Identifying process, system, and people and operating model impacts, you will define fit for purpose stakeholder engagement, analysis, communications and/or training responses, and ensure materials are developed to address the impacts.
This role requires a detailed, analytical and outcome driven analyst to bring a focus on implementing standard processes enabled by an enterprise system

Necessary experience: 
  1. Advanced questioning and analytical skills with a passion to see solutions effectively implemented.
  2. Highly tuned investigative and engagement skills to discover how people currently operate and understand the influencing factors that may lead to resistance to change.
  3. Experienced defining impacts, developing change response, and ensure the change, communications and training materials addresses the impact.
  4. Ability to document findings in a clear, concise manner as well as map business requirements to impacts and training needs.
  5. Experience in large scale system implementations and/or transformations.
  6. A self-starter that seizes the opportunity to successfully deliver on time with high quality standards.
  7. Passion to develop innovative solutions on a limited budget.
  8. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
