A job is available at a large government organisation for a Junior Technical Officer to enhance their information technology experience.
Your new role
Your job as a Technical Officer will be to work within a project to enhance experience by expanding capacity and capability. Your specific deliverables will include;
- Providing quality assurance for work completed on site by internal and external parties including verification of site surveys, cabling and installation
- Record wireless access points, local area network (LAN) switches and device locations against floor plans for records management purposes
- Investigate, manage and resolve technical issues that are identified by project team members
- Provide high quality customer service by answering or redirecting of general enquiries received via telephone, email and other communication methods in an attentive and timely manner
What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this job candidates must be a recent graduate with 6 months experience.
knowledge with LAN, switches, routers and confidence with yourself
What you'll get in return
Initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extension - up to $37.50 + super per hour, dependent on experience - Eveleigh location
