We are seeking an experienced User Researcher Analyst to optimize our client's, a federal government department, digital gateway through the managed delivery of product enhancements. 

Duties: 

• Build an understanding of the users and their behaviour and provide insight to the policy team about how users interact with services. 
• Work with a range of diverse and passionate external stakeholders, also to ensure ongoing communications about the product, as well as seeking user/sector/stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing iterations of the product.
• Collect and present key performance data and analysis for the product for a range of purposes
• Attend and present as required at various stakeholder engagement activities
• Contribute to the implementation of the product’s communication strategy

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to lead or facilitate co-design 
• Understand the factors that enhance user experience and increase end-user satisfaction and service usage
• Using creative design to enhance the appeal of the services
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Ability to contribute to strategic thinking
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills
• Highly motivated and focused on delivering quality outcomes

Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement, Baseline security clearance is an advantage.
