About the role:
A newly created role, so there is a lot to do to establish an enterprise wide Cyber Risk, Threat and Controls Framework aligned to the highest industry standards.
- Develop and own a Cyber Security Risk/Threat/Control framework to enable cyber security risk to be assessed.
- Own the Cyber security control definition.
- Establish process to proactively monitor cyber security control operating effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a process to measure the cyber security control posture for critical technology assets and business processes.
- Own and further develop supplier assurance processes to articulate the risk posed to Latitude posed by third and fourth party suppliers.
- Engage with technical and business management to identifying issues of emergent threats and risks as well as supporting efforts to provide more robust risk management capability.
- Work closely with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line risk teams and assist them in management of Cyber Security risks.
About you:
As well as being a Cyber Security expert, you will have exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and presence in the broader Cyber Security community. You will effectively communicate Cyber Security to the business, including the Senior Leadership Team.
- Extensive experience in a Cyber Management role with proven experience developing robust security control frameworks. You’ll be very familiar with the NIST Cyber Security Framework, COBIT, ISO 27000 series, ASD Best Practices, PCI DSS etc.
- Additionally, you’ll equally familiar with cyber kill chains such as the Mitre ATT&CK Navigator
- Several years’ experience in a regulated industry, any financial services or fin tech experience will be highly regarded.
- People leadership skills, personal presence, intellect, resilience and drive to succeed in a high-performance environment.
