About The Role
This role is offered as a 12 months fixed term contract, supporting the Global Services team to enable world class customer experience. This will be done through the research, identification, documentation and mapping of our business processes and systems. You will be required to build relationships and maintain a detailed understanding of the customer experience function. As such, a ‘hands-on’ and proactive approach will be key to your success.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in business or a computer science related discipline
- Experience in general Business Analyst role(s) or Business Process Analyst role(s)
- Experience in authoring, reviewing and updating documentation – including process definition, process metric definitions, technical documentation, work instruction and reports.
- Experience working as part of a team on business change projects that require working with cross functional and/or global stakeholders
- Experience collecting, analysing and interpreting data to contribute to decision making by senior management and project teams
- Ability to travel internationally as required
