Thanks to significant market growth, our client is currently looking for an outstanding Program Delivery Team Lead.

As the successful candidate, you will have line responsibilities for 3-5 Project Managers working with large, complex budgets.

You will also be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Leading and mentoring PMs to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Leading and driving sourcing processes, commercial engagements and external relationships required to effectively deliver projects, taking accountability for compliance across area of delivery.
• Working effectively across business from senior stakeholders, technical teams and outsourced vendors.
• Leading and driving the identification, management, and reporting for program and projects
• Role-model key people management processes (recruitment, performance management, safety, etc.) to efficiently manage team member performance
• Provide and improve PPD Delivery Frameworks

To be considered, it is essential that you have proven experience in the following:

• Knowledge and acumen to effectively engage stakeholders (internal and external) at different organisational levels
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage team performance by ensuring objectives are clearly understood, proactively addressing team member issues and concerns to achieve expected outcomes.
• Knowledge of Organisational Change Management methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management Practices
