ArchiCAD Draftsperson (Home Builder)      


The Company:


Our client is an award-winning new home builder with numerous years of building experience built on the highest quality. They expand across regional Victoria as well as acquiring a national presence. Their values are built on honesty and integrity, passion, vision and quality in all their work. They are now seeking an ArchiCAD Draftsperson to aid their team on new home projects.


The Role:

• Using ArchiCAD software for the preparation of documents and drawings
• Manage the development and construction documentation process to meet with clients' budgets
• Report to the Drafting Manager
• Liaising with Pre-start to produce Pre-start drawings

Skills & Experience:

• Prior drafting experience
• Good knowledge of Rescode and BCA
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• A good eye for detail
