Local Council seeking Senior Landscape Architect for an immediate start!
Your new company
The Development Assessment team within this local council produces high quality results and customer service. You will be joining a specialist team within this branch to assist in managing the protection of the ecological side of Landscape Architecture.
Your new role
You will work alongside your team to:
- Assess low risk development applications;
- Use your technical knowledge of relevant legislation and codes to provide expert advice and guidance;
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders;
- Prepare all necessary documentation for development submissions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for the role, you will have:
- Experience in a Landscape Architecture role, particularly for green spaces;
- Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture or relevant;
- Strong design and project management experience;
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
