The Role
As part of the Practice Management and wider administration team your role will focus on HR and people and culture. Responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to:
- Supporting the Practice Manager in the day to day management of the studio.
- Promoting and contributing to a positive and healthy culture.
- Maintaining studio database records
- Assisting in recruitment of new staff, visa queries, applications and associated administrative tasks.
- Managing staff inductions
- Managing work experience students
- Implementing initiatives such as mentoring programmes and training initiatives
- Facilities management
- OH&S

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in HR/Office Management, ideally within Architecture or Interior Design
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Competency in Microsoft Office, in particular excel
- Competency in Adobe InDesign an advantage
