The Role
A boutique practice in Sydney is seeking a talented Project Architect with experience in Multi-residential projects from design development to post construction. Desirable qualities include the ability to lead and support a team and mentoring of junior staff members. Confidence presenting to clients & managing consultants. Excellent communication, documentation and visual skills. Capable of delivering Construction Certificate and Construction Documentation packages for multi-dwelling residential flat buildings. Local working knowledge in AutoCAD and or Revit. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving creative practice and work on high quality Multi-dwelling residential projects.
The Company
A multi-disciplinary design and development management practice committed to creating buildings that meet objectives of the project brief and adhere to the highest architectural standard. With the experience and delivery capability to take projects through from inception to completion, they are often engaged to prepare initial feasibility studies on raw sites, generating both a design concept and financial plan for building procurement.
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ local post graduate experience
- Good understanding of documentation process for a medium scale residential building
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- AutoCAD and or Revit Skills essential
- Hand sketching ability and SketchUp skills
