We are seeking a highly creative, motivated and talented junior graphic designer to work on a range of print and digital initiatives across Australia, New Zealand and Japan. This is a new role reporting to our Senior Graphic Designer. It will suit someone who is passionate about branding, retail, online and corporate communications.

This person must be able to balance multiple projects at once, work well in a team environment, have a positive attitude and above all be passionate about their work. In return we offer a great supportive team culture as well as lots of opportunities to learn and grow. 

Your Part of the Deal

The Role

• Work with industry leading software to design innovative content as well as to develop and schedule digital signage
• Develop presentations and pitch documents to present to B2B customers
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide creative support for campaign and point of sale materials in various stages of the design process; strategy, design enhancements, resizing/repurposing
• Work with digital marketing manager on requests for digital asset creation
• Be an owner of the Travelex Brand, ensuring all creative follows the brand guidelines and is of a high standard
• Point of contact for brainstorming, inputting into inspiring marketing concepts in response to marketing briefs

About You

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
• Sound knowledge of PowerPoint or other presentation programs
• Strong design portfolio covering both print and digital
• Minimum 1 year studio experience
• The ability to work autonomously
• Solution oriented approach – ability to understand goals / needs and to seamlessly manage input and feedback
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effective internally
• Ability to present creative concepts and executions
• Ability to be quick-thinking and flexible in a deadline-driven environment
• Scrupulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A great sense of humour
