We are happy to bring to market an exciting opportunity to join a Sydney Start-Up looking for a new addition to the Digital team. This is a unique opportunity for a junior level UX/UI Designer with end-to-end experience to take ownership of the design of an existing user experience customer-facing web application. 
 

You will be working closely with Senior UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Managers and Software Developers in agile teams, as youdesign personas, conduct user research and user testing (either in-house or via consulting partners), define wireframes, mock-ups, high and low fidelity prototypes.

The requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI/Digital Design for corporate applications (responsive web).
• Experience in understanding user requirements and breaking down complex problems into manageable units of work.
• Design and development of personas, wireframes, low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes.
• User testing and research - internal or through consulting partners. 
• Experience working within a cross-functional Agile delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile based technology environment.
