ABOUT THE COMPANY

This boutique style Architectural Studio is based in Melbourne's South, and currently has a young a energetic team of 7. With Directors originating from one of Australia's leading Architectural studios, the same attention to detail and high profile standard applies. Projects are in the residential sector, ranging from $2-$3 million bespoke homes, to multi-residential apartment buildings and townhouses. The studio uses both AutoCAD and SketchUp.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Your role will be very hands on, working closely with seniors and internal team members in an open-plan office. Your involvement with Projects and Clients will be at a high level, with your opinions and inputs taken into serious consideration with the respect they deserve. You will be involved with both the design and concept of things, as well as the construction delivery and documentation side.

DUTIES

• Deliver DA/CC documentation
• Manage the DA stage from start to finish
• Regularly liaise with stakeholders, including Clients
• Coordinate consultants and stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Highly proficient using AutoCAD, at all documentation stages
• A healthy knowledge of SketchUp is a bonus but no essential
• Strong BCA knowledge and knowledge of the construction process
• Previous experience working on Residential projects
• A variety of high-end homes and multi-residential is ideal
