This role aims to align our client's digital assets with business requirements, customer experience, and usability and accessibility standards. This role would primarily responsible for designing, conducting, analysing and reporting on user-centred design research and usability testing. You will be responsible for the identification of user needs and objectives, user journey development, task and workflow modelling, rapid iterative usability testing and more formal in-depth research and testing.
Technical Skills - Mandatory
- Using variety of methods to collaborate with stakeholders and providing rich consultation throughout the UX design process
- Experience working on cross-platform user testing, research, developing personas/profiling, prototyping, creation of user journeys and developing interview strategies and scripts.
- Reporting back findings & insights in a consumable and actionable manner
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Using design and prototyping tools such as Axure, Invision, Sketch and Adobe CC to create wireframes and prototypes
- Knowledge of Agile and Design thinking approaches
- Adhere towards and review current best practice standards or trends within the UX space.
