A Melbourne based developer is seeking to appoint a Residential Draftsperson who will assist in the support of the team of Designers and Drafters. The opportunity presented is highly rewarding and challenging and would best suit an individual with an eye for detail and a creative flair.  You must be passionate about drafting and MUST be highly proficient on ArchiCAD.
 
To be successful in this role you will be fully proficient in ArchiCAD. You will be required to have quality drafting and design experience within the volume, custom or boutique residential building industries, comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques used in new home building, qualifications in Architectural Drafting or equivalent as well as the ability to take a concept from brief to a built outcome.
 
The role offered is based in the company’s head office on St Kilda Road. The successful candidate will be offered a full-time position and MUST have prior experience within the Melbourne Residential market.
