Redpath Partners are currently working with a well-established property developer to seek an Architect looking to transition into Development Management. The ideal applicant will have gained prior experience working for a top tier Architectural practice who has a passion and experience working on high end multi-unit residential developments. 
  
You will be working in close partnership with experienced Development Managers and Design Managers where you would be responsible;  

• Assisting formulating and managing design briefs
• Formulating feasibility studies
• Producing yield studies
• Engaging external design consultants
• Preparing documents for DA Submission

Suitable applicants will possess the following attributes, 

• Prior experience working for an Architectural practice, roughly 3-5 years experience
• Experience producing feasibility and design work for residential apartment developments
• Ability to get the best out of external and internal parties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior work experience working in Sydney is a MUST for this post
• Desire to work within a developer
