Snap Surry Hills are seeking a committed professional (1 year maternity leave position) who is passionate about Design, Printing & customer service, to become the first point of contact for clients and complete the following duties:

Manage customer enquiries on phone & in centre

Determine client needs and provide appropriate solutions;

Create proofs, impose files for printing, print & check proofs, understand digital & offset printing.

Support the team in the delivery of quality service, liaise with outsourced suppliers and send jobs as required;

Be able to run digital print machines or be willing to learn

Understand the full printing process from proofing to finishing.

To be successful in this position you will need to be:

Well versed in Adobe products  like In design, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

An articulate and eloquent telephone manner and out

standing verbal communication skills;

The ability to think outside the square and have good

business acumen;

Persistence, reliability and persuasiveness coupled with

good organisational skills;

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop

good business relationships;

Drive and self-motivation;

The desire and determination to succeed.

Print experience would be required to be successful in this position and hence candidates who have previously worked in a print environment need only apply.
