ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company is a multi-disciplinary Melbourne grown studio based just East of the CBD. The company is a healthy team of 18, and specialises in Mixed-Use, predominately Multi-Residential projects.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

This company is the ideal next step for a Senior Graduate Architect, or autonomous Architect to move up into a position with more responsibility and seniority. This is an autonomous level position, to manage projects and Clients through from design to delivery, using Revit software.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

Deliver documentation packages using Revit
Liaise with sub consultants, local councils and authorities
Communicate and manage clients and project delivery
Attend site visits and respond to RFI's

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Tertiary qualified in Architecture
Experience with Residential and Residential Mixed-use projects
Strong Revit experience is a must, AutoCAD experience is a bonus
Autonomous in your work and good Client facing/management skills
