With offices across the globe, we’re both a tech house and a digital services agency. We go into organisations, sleeves up, and keep them at the forefront of technology (and competitors) in terms of UX, Design, Build, Transformation or all of the above.
We’re looking for someone who can natively interface with UI designers, technical architects and clients. Someone hands-on, with upfront thinking and ability to solve complex problems in beautiful ways. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and drive thoughtful conversation around creating beautiful and functional applications.
The role will be a mix of:
- Working with UI designers and developers to implement designs into functional web applications
- Creating storyboards to visually reflect work and task flows
- Developing user journeys and personas
- Drawing sketches and wireframes on paper or digitally
- Building prototypes in Axure, UXPin or HTML
- Developing navigation designing and information architecture
- Conducting user experience workshops and research activities, including focus groups and contextual inquiries.
- Support the team with technical responses to RFQ/RFP's
This would suit someone with...
- 5 years + commercial experience in a UX relevant, digital design or development role.
- Experienced in Axure, Sketch, Balsamiq or UXPin.
- Analytical mind with a business acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an environment of multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
This is an opportunity for a passionate and highly savvy UX Designer who will be responsible to source user feedback, drawn sketches / wireframes, build storyboards based on research findings and act as user advocate in a multi-disciplinary team.
