The position..

• Take clients ideas from a sketch to a construction ready drawing
• Get Drafting on custom homes
• Gain valuable mentoring from senior level directors
• Learn how to manage a team and grow a department
• Manage your own workload and balance your life outside of work
• Liaise with all internal departments
• Take on the team with lunchtime soccer
• Flexible working hours
• Plenty of free onsite parking
• Latest ArchiCAD software being implemented right now!

• Technical drafting experience
• Experience with custom projects
• ArchiCAD experience
• Good face to face interpersonal skills
