About the role
As part of a small team you will be required to design, document and manage. The position is not a management role, all staff members are involved in every facet of project delivery.
The role is a permanent part-time role (3 days a week, negotiable), with the intent that the position evolves into a fulltime role after 6 – 12 months.
Primarily focusing on Apartments, Office Developments and Interiors, there is opportunity to be involved in all projects.
Skills and experience
With project values ranging from $200k - $100million+ The successful applicant will be required to have a broad skillset:
- A degree in Architecture
- Registered with the ARBV
- 5yrs -10yrs experience as a project architect
- Ability to administer contracts
- Strong Revit documentation skills
- Ability to co-ordinate all consultants
- Ability to manage a team
- Full understanding of construction documentation, shop drawings & construction RFI's
