The Role: 
  
You will be reporting to the Drafting Manager, while working in a small but solid team, and will predominantly be responsible for production of documentation from master plan concepts, lodging building approval applications, liaise with other departments and clients, quality assurance, and develop drawings using ArchiCAD.
  
You will be working within an office environment in Loganholme, and prominently focus on Projects such as Project Homes & Custom Homes. 
 

You:
 

• You MUST have a Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Drafting for a Home Building in SEQ
• Proficient with ArchiCAD
• Loyal, hardworking and evidence of career tenure
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• High attention to detail
