About The Role
We’re on the hunt for phenomenal Graphic Designer. If you’re simply looking for a routine office job then this probably won’t work. We love what we do but we also do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
As a leading Australian LED lighting manufacturer servicing Architectural and Industrial customers here and abroad, the graphics team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our website, marketing material, manuals, labels and all other media communicates effectively and in turn results in happy customers.
On top of your love for graphic design you’ll need to become passionate about lighting and conveying solutions based on product specification. Your primary duties will include:
- Catalogue, leaflet and brochure design
- Perform maintenance and updates to website when required
- Preparing Presentations
- Wiring diagrams, maintenance manuals and instruction sheets
- Preparing Product documentation
- Maintaining and ensuring the branding standards are as per the company guidelines
- Create and maintain internal and external social media platforms
- Aiding with the design and creation of exhibition stands and marketing merchandise
You should be:
- Degree qualified in a design-related field
- At least 3 years relevant work experience
- Advanced Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Business Catalyst, Adobe XD
- Have exceptional attention to detail!
- Strong knowledge of producing images and other files for print and web development
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines – 20 active jobs at once without breaking a sweat?!
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Able to take direction from multiple departments
- Ready to be challenged and not afraid of putting in hard work to deliver a superior result
AutoCAD and 3D software package skills are advantageous but not crucial. Photography and Video (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects) experience is also advantageous, but not crucial.

Your mission should you choose to accept it is to develop an information brochure comparing the CP56 and CP66 luminaires and educate the customer on the difference in application and function.
