Based on the Central Coast of NSW, join a leader in modular construction for the last 30 years. Work on a broad range of residential & commercial projects in a friendly easy going work environment. Part time with flexible work hours.
Your Role will include
- Working in a tight knit sales & design team & consulting closely with the construction side of the company
- Preparing preliminary layouts & sketches.
- Developing Revit models
- Producing detailed documentation including amending standard plans to suit client needs & requests. Preparing council documentation for Development Application. Producing working drawings for construction purposes.
What you will need:
- Good communication skills
- Experience in Revit and/or AutoCad - further training can be provided
- Familiarity with Building codes & standards
- Completed or studying Diploma in Building & Design
