The role:

Working closely with the founders and cross-functional product teams, this is a great opportunity to directly impact the way Australians search, compare and apply for their home loans online.

The role is a key hire for the business will involve the whole gamut of design, depending on your specialties.

We value a diverse number of UX and UI skillsets, including:

  • End-to-end delivery: UX Research, Information Architecture, UX Strategy, Wireframing & Prototyping
  • Enhancing existing user flows through using data and other information to form & test hypotheses
  • Working as part of a cross-functional product team to prioritise and execute on roadmap items including solving complex customer problems with outstanding design
  • Building out and evangelising our design system

 

What you'll have:

  • 5+ years experience in designing large scale consumer products (start up experience desirable but not mandatory)
  • Strong prototyping skill set in Sketch and Invision (or similar) across both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs
  • Customer centric with a deep understanding of User Centred Design and Service Design principles and practices
  • Able to understand key business drivers at a deep level
  • Ability to understand complex scenarios and user flows
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesise data from many sources
  • Financial Services (and specifically, home loans) experience not essential but preferred
  • Successful portfolio that demonstrates your ability in creating first class products
