The ACOR Group of Consulting Engineers is an established multi-disciplined engineering practice with offices across Australia.

Our Western Sydney office based in Baulkham Hills is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator with a mature attitude and initiative to join our friendly and professional team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception area ie answering all incoming phone calls, transferring calls to staff, and greeting guests
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Managing courier deliveries
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organising any catering requirements
  • Maintaining office registers
  • Updating internal and external contact lists
  • Ordering of stationery supplies
  • Booking of company vehicles and equipment for site inspections
  • Ordering of company shirts for all offices
  • Ensuring general use areas ie reception, kitchen are clean and tidy
  • Preparing induction packs for new staff
  • Redirecting tender emails, work orders and remittance advice to staff
  • Organising staff social events
  • Printing and binding documents when required
  • Providing support to the Office Manager

You will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Self-motivation and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail with appreciation of the bigger picture
