Industry-leading property and investment firm in the CBD is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team immediately. This is a new role for a company that has been rapidly growing and it’s an exciting opportunity is for someone who wants a hands-on role to make their own.

Day to Day
- Reception cover, inclusive of: greeting guests, answering phone, preparing meeting rooms
- Ordering office supplies
- Event and meeting planning
- Providing ad hoc administration to team, as needed
- Facilities management
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in office administration role
- Mandarin speaker preferred—great opportunity for someone learning!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptionally well-presented
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Solid MS office skills
