The successful applicant will be responsible for:

 »   Diary management and scheduling of appointments

»   High level correspondence

»   Development and improvement of office systems;

»   Ongoing management/maintenance of the electronic document management system

»   Basic IT support

»   Management of the Director’s housekeeper ensuring the smooth running of residence

»   Assist with cash management, financial reporting and management of personal accounts;

»   Ability to work without supervision, multi-task and manage time;
