Our client is looking to appoint a receptionist to help the smooth running of the business day-day.

Description
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Process all expenses
- Create PowerPoint presentations for the team
- Update client files using the in-house CRM
- Pull together monthly reports
- Liaising with clients over email
- Help run and manage company events
- All other ad hoc admin tasks as required
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Minimum of 1 years reception experience
- Experience in working in a corporate environment is highly desirable
- Highly experienced in all MS Office suites
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties as required by the office
